Amber Oolong is a delicious dark roasted oolong from Nantou county in Taiwan. Its rich, slightly smoky chocolate taste is excellent after a meal.
Brew with boiled water that has been cooled for a couple of minutes to 80°C and a teaspoon of tea per cup.
