The cinnamon in this reminds me of how S&V accomplishes its cinnamon flavor, which I love. Unfortunately I didn’t love the apricot mixed with it. It was a bit sour and not quite right. Tweaked just a little, this could be a wonderful tea. As it was, it was decent, but a little strange.

Mmm, I’m not a flavor expert, but I’m pretty sure that “Sour” and “Spice” aren’t the best flavor profiles to mix together. Isn’t there some sort of flavor theory chart to go by on these things?
