Also known as a tea rose or Mu Dan (meaning ‘peony flower’). The leaves are gathered and sewn together by hand to make a flower which when infused in hot water ‘blossoms’ before your eyes. The tea has a fresh green flavour, with a honey coloured liquor. Each Green Anemone Tea Rose gives up to five infusions.
Brewing Advice: One Anemone per mug, add hot but not boiling water (85ºC). Steep for four or five minutes according to taste; suitable for multiple infusions.
