Contains only young green tea leaves and this deep, pure green tea flavor is what makes it the most traditional of Japanese green teas. Sencha is rich in Vitamins C and E and contains Catechin, which has a variety of health benefits. It is a wonderful anti-oxidant and anti-carcinogen and it can also help with weight control.

Great tea as an easy way to enjoy quality sencha at any restaurant! I carry a few individually wrapped tea bags with me as it’s so difficult to find good tea in prepackaged bags. I’d still like the quality to be even greener and more intense, but very acceptable for bagged tea.
