Old sample from Tea Sipper. Thank you!

This is dominated by the Hibiscus and Lemongrass, which I don’t really care for paired together.

’Here’s Hoping’ traveling teabox Round #2 // Tea #28
It seems there a bunch of lovely ingredients here, but then the hibiscus takes over, even though I only see a couple small pieces in the infuser. Darn hibiscus. Otherwise there is a bit of mint. Like Veronica mentions, it’s toothpaste not like a herbal mint. Hibiscus and toothpaste? Ick. It could have been worse though. I’m always happy to try teas, and the teaboxes are great for doing that! I’ve been having awesome luck so far. Maybe I just know which teas to steep up, or maybe when it comes to tea, I like most of them!

Tart toothpaste.. ack!

Hibiscus can be like that. So disappointing.

From the Here’s Hoping Traveling Tea Box #2

I liked the lemongrass and berry flavors in this tea, but the mint tasted too much like toothpaste. It was sugar sweet instead of herb-y sweet, if that makes sense. I think if the mint were different I would like this one a lot.

This tea is fruity, but with strong notes of lemongrass. It has a very light flavor. I think it’s great to drink around late afternoon—when you want something with no caffeine. This would probably be wonderful iced.
