Description

2013 Menghai Dayi Wu Zi Deng Ke Ripe 150g
This is Menghai Tea Factory’s archetypal ripe tea product. Since it was first developed in the 1970’s, it has used golden haired fine leaves for the cake surface and fat green leaves for the center.
Moderately fermented, it is brownish red in color, yielding a bright red broth. The overall quality is high, and this product enjoys broad acclaim.

The name is derived from a Chinese proverb: Wu Zi Deng Ke – five sons passing the imperial examination in ancient China, it is a propitious proverb in Chinese.
