2005 Menghai Dayi “Ba Ji Pu Bing” Ripe 357g

A modern classic of Da Yi! A small production from 2005, this ripe cake is a blend of fermented Menghai material, pressed lightly to allow for faster post-fermentation. The taste is incredibly smooth with a camphor sweet and spicy finish.
