With Pu-erh Tea, older is better for our health.
8592 Ripe Pu-erh Tea is one of the classic Ripe Pu-erh Tea Cakes. It was developed in 1985 for direct sales to the Hong Kong Nantian Trading Company. The wrapper was stamped in purple with the Chinese word for “Sky”. This is the famous “Sky Cake” or “Purple Sky” that Pu-erh hobbyists speak of. It yields a light, bright golden red broth with a rich aged flavor and sweet, smooth and silky undertones.
