The cake is round and smooth and marked by fat tips and stretched lines with white hairs. It yields a bright yellow broth with a mellow and fresh flavor, quick sweet aftertaste with smoky flavor and pu’er tea aroma, and lingering sweet. It is one of high quality products of Dayi in 2015.
