Our every-day Sen-cha, roasted to perfection! Maeda-en’s Traditional Houji-cha is a highly aromatic tea with robust, caramelized toasty flavor. It’s great as a palate cleanser, and is great for everyday drinking.
To brew, bring a pot of water to a boil. Steep 1 tbsp of leaves in 1 cup (8-12 oz) of hot water for about 30 seconds, and enjoy.
