Organically produced asamushicha (light steamed tea) from a small family-run farm, Koukien Tea Garden in Kirishima, Kagoshima. Kirishima tea is infamous for its fragrance and sweet flavor. This is a kabusecha (shaded tea) so it is low in bitterness and well-balanced with a refreshing and sweet flavor.
