Gaoshan Jin Zhu, after years of careful planting, a new star cultivar was developed by our talented tea farmers. The hand-plucked leaves of Jin Zhu Organic Oolong Tea are grown in the elevation of 1000m in central Taiwan. At the elevation above, the mountainsides are covered with fog or clouds which are ideal for growing Oolongs.
Jin Zhu is a special cultivar of Camellia Sinensis (tea plant) which was NOT developed by Taiwan Tea Research and Extension Station (TRES). This special cultivar produces an Oolong with a natural light floral fragrance and a very strong creaminess evoking a buttery sweetness. This Jin Zhu special edition is made by the tea master Mister Chen, and only available at jLteaco.
