A wonderful premium 1999 ripe recipe executed in 2009 again by the esteemed Menghai Tea Factory. As a tea factory that initiated some of the early ripe recipes, Menghai is well known for their fine control over the process and traditionally excellent ripe tea. This is well worth trying.
