The tea leaves are picked later in the summer but are prepared in the same manner as for Sencha. Amazing value tea, straight from Japan. We advise to use 50% more tea leaves than you usually use when brewing Japanese tea, such infusion will prove to be worthwhile and really tasty. If you call it a low grade product how would you call most supermarket bagged green teas?
