2007 Chen Guang-He Tang Hong Yin Spring Raw 357g
Manufactured by Chen Guang-He Tang (CGHT).
The main body of the blend is old arbor trees of YiWu, and uses hand-kneading and stone molding. The initial impression of this cake from Chen Guang-He Tang in 2007 was aromatic, refreshing and pleasant, and light-bodied. Revisiting now, the taste has become medium-bodied while retaining its aromatic profile and smoothness. This cake was blended by Chen Zhi-Tong following his many year’s research and experience in traditional 50’s Hong Yin.
