Organic Peach White

Tried this on “lunch” break at 1 AM this morning – the hospital I work at has a few iced tea options from Honest Tea, and I know I’ve had stuff from them before, but I think it was before I was a full blown tea addict (oh, so long ago haha) so I can’t remember which ones they were.

This tea was sweetened and definitely an identifiable peach flavor. I wish I had had a black tea base with it as I love peach iced tea that way, but nope, that wasn’t one of my options. I’m sure that my palate has changed to become more selective, too, because this tastes…bottled. There’s something vaguely chemically about it that I just don’t like. Kind of like how “sweet tea with lemon” that is RTD does not have an authentically lemon taste.

Eh. It was nice to have an iced tea option for lunch…I’ll just probably try a different one next time.

I had a bottle of this earlier this morning. This to me Is a good subtle white tea with a good light to medium peach taste. This tea Is really good and I liked that Its an iced tea. Of course I love peach so I am not very harsh on this at all.

I bought this the other day because the price was right and I haven’t yet tried teas from Honest Tea (or at least, none that I can recall). This is a pretty decent RTD tea although it is bordering on being a little too sweet for my palate, however, it is not so sweet that it just tastes like sugar. I can taste the delicate white tea flavor and the peach notes.

Overall, a very pleasant tea that goes along nicely with dinner.

nice and refreshing. I like every bottled tea I’ve tried by Honest Tea. Lack of artificial sweeteners puts them head and shoulders above other RTD teas. I can actually taste the tea and peach, not just sugar!

I love the refreshing nature of this tea! I am very picky about fruit flavored teas as some without sweetner can be a bit too tart for my taste, but this has the light fruity flavor of the peach without any tartness. I also don’t typically do sweetners in my teas, but this was just right. An excellent tea for a hot summer day!

I love bottled iced tea. I don’t know why, exactly, but I LOVE cold, sweetened tea…when it’s out of a bottle.

And this…this is the best. So many RTD iced teas are absurdly sweet; they taste good, but not like tea. I like that Honest Tea doesn’t overload, and even has teas that are entirely unsweetened. This blend in particular is well-balanced. It tastes like white tea, and peach, and just a hint of sweet, as it should be. All the flavors come together and none overpower.

This is not as sweet as other bottled teas, but still sweeter than I would like. I like it because it tastes like tea. The powdery, light white tea flavor is there, and the peach is there, and neither one is overpowering the other. The sugar does overtake everything. There is a sweet aftertaste (from the tea, I think, after the sugar sweetness is gone).

Nice bottled tea. Not too sweet, and uses real cane sugar, yum.
