AKA Bai Hou or Bai Houzi. This is my longtime favorite – can’t-live-without tea. It is serious, I am down to my last 5 pounds. I am drinking a 2008 and it is still fresh and fabulous (when stored properly of course).
This is a clear, bright, and sweet on the nose but ever so slightly smokey and nutty in flavor finish. Brisk, cleansing, and refreshing.
Also purchased at Tao of Tea or non-organic at Dragon Water.
