Form: Cut & Sifted Leaf

When do I think of Stinging Nettle? Almost everyday of my life because its the best. I have a story for this one because all you have to do is search “Nettle” on the internet and its filled with all of its amazing properties. So, here goes… when I first began studying herbs I studied with a very knowledgeable and gifted herbalist. She knew her stuff! But, I began to get confused. Every time she would consult with someone, she pretty much just gave them Nettle. I began to question her skill set due to her lack of showiness in her herbal protocols. I doubted her abilities and went on my way thinking I knew way more than I did. (youngsters … am I right!)…Years passed, I learned, and then I finally understood. Get a powerful nutritive herb in someone, let it build them, then see what needs attention. Sometimes all we need is a powerhouse nutritive herb to help our bodies help themselves return to a state of balance. So, for me, Nettle is just that. My powerhouse friend that helps keep me healthy.
