A herbal Lapacho tisane made from the Pink Ipe tree’s bark forms the base of the blend, and is combined with luxury red Rooibos tea for a herbal and earthy mid note. Tiny snowflakes of white sugar and tiny silver candy gems swirled with almond pieces, papaya and orange provide an intriguingly sweet marzipan, citrus and icing flavor, with a hint of smooth warming vanilla underneath.

This is very similiar to 7th Heaven by Tealux but they’ve added rooibos and candy to the mixture. The candy adds a bit of sweetness and the rooibos seems to blend well with the lapacho and other flavours. It’s a pleasant tea when I’m looking for something herbal. I know I’ve been on a tea tasting binge and have been overdosing on my share of caffeine. I haven’t decided yet if I would buy it again, only because I really loved 7th Heaven and this is just so close to that.
