Dragon Well or Long Jing which it is called in China, is one of China’s most famous Green Tea’s, originating from Hangzhou in Zhejiang province. This tea has a distinctive shape that set it apart from most other tea. It is smooth and perfectly flattened which is the result of highly skilled shaping in a hot wok with bare hands. This process has been perfected in China by tea masters over centuries.
