A new blend for the year 2007 from the Haiwan Tea Factory. “Zao Chun Yin Hao” means “Early Spring Premium” and is composed entirely of Spring 2007 Menghai area sun-dried Pu-erh. This recipe was originally created in 1970 using an average máochá grade of 3.
