Lung Ching ( Long Jing) or Dragon Well is produced in Zhejiang province and is widely considered to be one of China’s most famous green teas. A stunning, flat needle-like tea formed by being pressed flat by hand. It is dried using the classic pan frying method which retains some moisture and gives the tea a slightly nutty toastiness. It has a delicious, slightly sweet, full bodied almondy hint with just sufficient astringency to refresh in a most satisfying way. Infuse for two to three minutes.
