“Holy punch in the face. Even with a healthy dash of almond milk, this was certainly effective at waking me up this morning. I’ve never had any other Scottish Breakfast teas, so I can’t comment much...” Read full tasting note
This blend of black teas, made with teas from India and China, should suit Scots very well. It is very strong, robust, malty, and most importantly has a hint of cask oak, calling to mind a single malt Scotch.
A small amount of milk in this tea will enhance the malty character and highlight the red colour of the tea. Scottish Breakfast makes a bracing cup of tea, perfect for the morning.
