The finest of our Japanese Greens. In Japan, Gyokuro means “precious dew.” The delicate tips of the tea bushes of Fukuoka prefecture are sheltered from the sun by shades made of straw, resulting in buds that produce low tannins and a high chlorophyll content. The resulting liquor is a rich jade in color with a complex, vegetal flavor that must be savored on its own.
