Dragonwell (or Longjing) is a tea originated from Zhejiang province over fifteen centuries ago. Now it is one of the most popular green teas in China. Dragonwell is harvested in early Spring, when tea leaves and are full of aroma. Then the tea leaves are folded to form a very distinct sword-like shape, and fried in a hot wok. This process gives Dragonwell a sweet taste with vague notes of orchid and chocolate.
