Description

Ancient Tea Garden leaves Jingmai Mountain
Picked from mid-March to early-April 2019, first and second flush
Hand-processed in our tea factory
Available in 357g pu-erh tea cakes

The Jingmai Gulan is a blend of several ancient tea garden material growing around Jingmai village. Every year, we do research to refine the blend and find the best leaves available. In 2019, we used leaves from four gardens located on the Da Ping Zhang plateau and the upper slopes bordering the village. The leaves were all cooked in a wok in our small tea factory.

We try to achieve a balance between fragrance, mouthfeel, aftertaste and body feel. The exceptional weather conditions of Spring 2019, with few rains and hot temperatures, led to a slow growth of the leaves and a more powerful tea than usual.

Due to the low yield, we could only produce 50kg of this tea. We hope you will enjoy this premium production for its complexity and overall punch.
