Description

Our Organic Ruby Oolong is a fantastic GABA tea from Thailand. Fresh Oolong 17 variety leaves are exposed to nitrogen during their processing, increasing the natural gamma-Aminibutyric acid concentration by around 10x in this rich, flavoursome tea.

Key Flavours: Rich plum and summer berry jams, sugar cane with cassia bark edges.
