This tea tastes good to me this morning, it doesn’t taste sour at all. This is odd to me because it tasted like slightly sour grapes the first time I drank it. Today I am getting the sweet flavor of frozen grapes and the mellow flavor of the white tea. It is possible that the tea changed in flavor in the month and a half it was stored or it could just be my taste buds are still off and next time it will taste slightly sour, who knows.
I brewed this once in an 18oz teapot with 4 tsp leaf and 175 degree water for 3 min.
