First tea I made after we got home. We got in late in the evening, so I made this in the morning the next day – though I did cold brew it in my fridge so it took a few hours to steep. It was good though; I feel like I enjoyed it more time time around than when I first had it. Still a bit of a grassy, green tea taste that isn’t really my jam but the peach was sweeter and juicier and that element was more than enjoyable enough to make up for the green tea base. I finished it super quickly though. I really, really missed my tea set up!!
I’m also officially all caught up now on vacation tasting notes – so now to just unpack, settle in and enjoy my tea stash on the few days I have off before I return to work!!
Friendly reminder that I do not numerically rate DAVIDsTEA blends as I’m currently employed there and it would be an obvious conflict of interest. Any blends you see with numerical ratings were rated prior to my employment there. These reviews are a reflection of my personal thoughts regarding the teas, and not the company’s.
