This shincha (new tea) was manufactured in Uji region, birthplace of tea cultivation, on the Wazuka hills. The much developed smooth texture together with the fresh green and dairy fragrance of the liquor evoke the matcha sweets which abound in Japan at springtime. (Brewing time: 2 to 2:30 minutes).
