I brought this tea home because I planned to do some cold steeping with it… I do enjoy this tea, but I don’t LOVE it, which means I won’t reach for it as much and it will sit around longer. I figured it would probably be really tasty cold brewed and that way it will move through my stash faster. However, this morning I really wanted a black tea I could have without milk and sugar, and I have so few of those at home, so I reached for this one!

And it was quite tasty this morning. Lots of red fruits, a hint of vanilla. It will be good to have at home for drinking on the weekends as well, it seems!

Another tea from dinosara I am enjoying this one, but i have to say it’s nothing special. It’s a decent enough red fruit tea but nothing to write home about. I am enjoying this cup tonight while catching up on last season of walking dead. Zombies and “fancy tea” is always a good time haha

Hmmm. I always thought Dammann Freres was supposed to be super fancy-pantsed?

Enjoy the Walking Dead! I think we’re a season behind but maybe we should catch up again. (I yell at the tv a lot with that one, but that’s still entertainment).

cavo – we’re working through uh season 3? not the current season. We’re always a year behind because we wait for the blu ray and then watch them on our snazzy tv on our own time. ian doesn’t watch a lot of tv so it works for us

Sil

(and yes dammanna = fancy tea..well at least to us over here heh)

We’re also a season behind on Walking dead, at least, LOL. We’re were just talking about doing a WD marathon this weekend…maybe. We’ve been so hooked on Cardinals baseball (they won again tonight!) that we’re behind on most of our shows, except the Big Bang Theory, lol.

Not sure what I did wrong with this one. It just seems flat to me, watery on tongue. I’m only getting a hint of berry, and it’s a little bitter.
Not sure if this is user error or it’s not as good as the other Dammann teas I’ve tried. Strange – oh well – moving on…
Thanks Sil for another interesting tea!!
