Ce thé porte le nom d’une des plus belles fleurs de Chine : la pivoine blanche. C’est en effet un thé blanc (originaire de la province de Fujian, comté de Zheng Huo) composé du bourgeon terminal et de deux jeunes pousses. Cueilli à la main et uniquement au printemps, ce thé donne une infusion orangé-clair. Temps d’infusion recommandé : 7 à 10 minutes

This tea is named after one of the most beautiful flowers from China: white peony. It is indeed a white tea (originally from Fujian Province, County Zheng Huo) consisting of terminal bud and two young shoots. Picked by hand and only in the spring, this tea gives a light-orange brew. Recommended brewing time: 7 to 10 minutes
