Description

Qing Shan Lu Shui (Other name: Small Ku Ding / Ligustrum Robustum), it is a type of Green tea from Sichuan, China. It is a popular Green tea in China especially for woman because of the slimming effect from the tea. It also promotes blood circulation, lowers blood pressure, and lowers blood lipids, including cholesterol. It has the reputation of preventing deterioration of the heart and brain function and maintaining proper body weight.

The tea itself is bitter so we suggest not to use more than 3g for 150ml-200ml water.
