This Gunpowder, also known as “Zucha” or “pearl tea” is much finer than its predecessor. As the classical one, this tea is dried slowly in rotating drums. Due to the permanent rotation the tea is given its ball-like form. The aroma is somewhat softer than the standard quality. This tea can be drunk through out the day. Should you find this tea too bitter, you may pour away the first infusion, by doing this you will also remove the major part of the caffeine.
