Description

Long Jing is one of China’s most famous and best-loved green teas. This one is a classic lively green tea made from the first flush of the spring leaves, picked young and skilfully pressed flat in a hot, dry wok to arrest oxidation. The bright green liquor has sweet notes of fresh cut grass rounded off by a soft, chestnut flavour.
