This well-known tea is produced in the village of Meijawu and its long, flat leaves offer a thirst-quenching liquor that is quite invigorating. More vegetal than its counterpart, Shi Feng, this Long Jing boasts notes of sweet pea and okra and a slightly marine flavour. A true classic that cannot be missed.
