Exclusive Sencha from a local cultivar from Shizuoka Prefecture. It comes from an altitude of about 600m. The cultivar was bred by Mr. Inaguchi and was registered in 1988. This is a rarity, as the Inaguchi cultivar is grown in very limited quantities. The leaf is dark green, shiny, shaped into beautiful needles. The infusion is clear, fresh light green. The taste is incredibly balanced with pleasant slightly herbal notes. The aftertaste is pleasantly sweet with a medium duration.
