Palo Azul tea is a tea made from boiling the bark and wood of the palo azul shrub and tea. Palo Azul releases its flavor and a natural blue color that can be seen by holding the tea up to the light. It is also known by these names:
• Cyclolepis (Cyclolepis genistoides)
• Eysenhardtia Polystachya
• Arizona kidneywood
