Description

Rare and Unusual, coming form the peaks of Lu Shan, this high grade green tea is vegetal, buttery, and grassy.
Brewing Instructions:

Use 1 tablespoon per 8-10oz pot, use 170F water, steep for 2-3 minutes and serve. Makes up to 2-3 infusions. It is important not to use very boiling water for this tea and not too steep too long for it will get bitter.

If you are doing the traditional Chinese Method of brewing tea, always throw out the first round, also known as “rinsing” the tea. You simply pour in the hot water into your tea pot with tea leaves in the tea pot of course, and right away dump out that first batch of water. When you dump out the first batch, you could right away smell the aroma of the tea leaves, and you can also present this to your guest and let them smell the beautiful aromas of the tea you are about to have. After you smelled the aroma of the tea, simply pour back more water into your tea pot and steep like normal.

Health Benefits: Kills cancer and does your taxes! Just kidding. But kidding aside, Green Teas in general are known for its high content of Antioxidants that may help reduce free radicals or cancer cells from developing or growing. It can also lower your blood pressure and help with many types of inflammations.
