“Cold Brew Sipdown…sorta (309) I really need to try things sooner because by the time I got around to cold brewing this, it mostly just tasted like watermelon rolled in grass. No strawberry. I swear...” Read full tasting note

Description

Tea of the Week for June 25, 2018!

Watermelon is one of my favorite fruits of all time. (Definitely in the top 3, along with Tomato . . . and the third one would be a toss up between Strawberry and Peach.) So a watermelon tea (or at least a melon tea) is one that I want to include every year around this time. I will most likely not meet this goal every spring/summer, but I will definitely try to do it.

I originally wanted to do this with a white tea base but I’m mighty low on white tea at the moment – and since I already had the dried watermelon for this blend, I decided to grab some organic Chinese Sencha and make this a green tea instead. Perhaps I’ll do the white tea version of this next year.

In the meantime, this is a remarkable tea – fresh, sweet, and fruity! It’s going to be a favorite for all you iced tea lovers out there – so I recommend grabbing some as soon because I think this one’s gonna sell out fast!

Chinese Sencha, juicy strawberries and sweet watermelon – this one’s all organic, gluten and allergen free and of course vegan!

organic ingredients: green tea, freeze-dried strawberries, dried watermelon & natural flavors
