6768 Tasting Notes
Not hot on the smell of this one…smells like socks. LOL But..if you are looking for a pick-me-up try it…you might like it. I don’t drink this very often because there is something that just tastes a little strange to me…it could very well be the Stevia. A strange first taste but one be able to get used to it. As for me…I think I will put this one back on my self for when I get desperate again.
You can certainly smell the spices galore on this one! WOWZA! I’ve put this one on the back burner so to speak because I didn’t like it at first. Thought I would give it a 2nd chance. Still don’t like it. It’s smells like it should be all spice but then you taste it and it’s very sweet. Not one of my favorites. Maybe it’s better as an iced tea.
Before steeping you can REALLY smell the Papaya, Mango, and Peaches! Delightful smell! After steeping you can only really smell the peaches…still a pleasant scent. It seems to be fairly thirst quenching. A nice soft tea. I’m thinking a rice dish would go good with this…maybe I will even try cooking with it!
When you first open the individually wrapped teabag the scent is pretty over the top…smells like a fresh bottle of fruity sweet wine. Once it’s steeping it loses much of it’s scent. It’s lighter in color. The taste is a good fruity flavor with OUT being bitter. I’m usually not into many Fruit-Like Blends because they tend to be a little much (or bitter or too sour) but this one is pretty good and I am sure it would be even better iced.
