Yup! Still a semi-funky aroma but the taste is alright. It’s somewhat savory…very much something you could cook with! The ginger and the peach almost cancel each other out and I think that is why I have been pondering this for so long. It seems to create it’s own flavor – meshing the two ingredients together that is. Not bad!
