Plain and simple? This smells JUST LIKE buttered Summer Squash. YUM. I can smell a very little bit of floral note underneath as well.
The color isn’t very surprising or out of the ordinary…it’s a typical looking oolong.
The taste is quite flavorful. And you get the taste right away! You don’t have to wait for it like some oolongs. It’s very food-like…veggies…buttery…a hint of peppery-nuttiness.
I haven’t tasted many – if any – oolong quite like this. I like it! It’s GOOD to be different!
