I may have steeped this just short of 3 minutes but it still seemed to work. It’s very enjoyable.

It’s SO nice to get a dessert tea that you can actually taste the tea in!:) I’m thinking of preparing it the standard sencha way (1.5tsp/4oz water @160 degrees for 1 min)… I got some GREAT info from Den’s tea on Japanese greens!
