Just like jazz music can be unorthodox, so can tea. Tea should be relaxing, inviting, and it should calm the mind. So just to show that we are going to do tea the jazz way (unorthodox), we are combining ingredients that others wouldn’t dare. Creating a tea that’s as original as the jazz music composed in the past, present, and future.
