Two of my favorite sheng pu’ers are from Yiwu, so when I came upon a shou from Yiwu I just had to try it. Am I ever glad I did. The taste is everything that I love in a pu’er. Steepings 1 thru 3 were earthy but not overpowering. Steepings 4 thru 6 had a very delicate and pleasing smokiness to them. Steepings 7 and 8 were actually woodsy. I am noticing a trend. If you buy a tea from a company that is passionate about the quality of their product, you will be getting an excellent tea.
