I tried this chai today. I have been trying to think of the best way to describe it. Sadly, the best word I can come up with is…mediciney. I did not enjoy it. It was not horrible, but I did not like it either. I am thankful for the free sample though.

I had a nice cup of this tea today. When I opened the package, I could smell the soothing scent of lavender immediately. When I lifted the cup to my nose, I could small bergamont and lavander, but they were not in competition.

The first half of the cup, I drank straight. The flavors mingled nicely together. The second half of the cup, I added milk. I wanted to see if it would hold up nicely, and it did. I enjoyed the cup.

This tea would make a nice latte as well. I may just have to order more and see.

The first brew of this tea had an amazing floral note, and that is saying a lot coming from me. I hate floral teas. The first cup was an incredible start, and made me wonder how much better the second cup would be. This tea did not disappoint. The tea held up for many brews. I loved this tea.

This is an interesting tea that I tried many different ways. I tried high heat and low heat at various temperatures. It had a distinct taste that was noted with malty tones. It has a robust flavor without overwhelming my pallet. I am not a giant fan of the flavor, but it is quality. This is a quality representation of this tea.

I had to try this one a couple of times. I had to amp up the water temperature and increase my serving size. In the end, I had a chocolaty malty tea. I enjoyed it…eventhough this is not my favorite type.

I have to admit that I was disappointed with this tea. I tried it at least four times, and the result was always the same. Maybe the flavor was just too subtle for me. I like my Pi Lo Chun to be a little more robust. It also had a slight smokey flavor—almost like Dragonwell. Don’t get me wrong, this tea is not horrible. It just is not quite the chun I like.

I tried this tea today, and I was impressed. It has a nice balance smokiness and smoothness. It has a robust body, but is not bitter. It is one of the best Keemuns I have ever sampled. I generally prefer Mao Feng, but this is a strong rival. Kudos.

I’ve had this brew before, but I have yet to rate it. I like the subtle flavor of this green. It is a little smokey, and the body is slightly heavier than expected. The result is subtle smoke with some weight. I was surprised by this tea. It almost reminds me of what a green keemun would taste like.

I did not really enjoy this tea. It had a fishy taste and a bitterness that lingered on my pallet.

I enjoyed a cup of this tea tonight. It has a nice mellow flavor. It might sound odd, but it has a slight tangy taste to it. The afternote reminds me a little of a smokey afternote…but without the smokey flavor. I an intrigued by this tea.
