I had Lapsang Souchong for the first time a few weeks ago and it was just UGH YICK! I couldn’t choke down more than a few sips. I like my tea flavored, but apparently not as smoked meat.. LOL.
Haha, agreed. Meat and tea should not be mixed together. I can still feel it, argh. Must make something mild to rinse this nastiness out of my system.
Haha, once again, I reiterate that Lapsang Souchong is a love it or hate it proposition. I love curling up with a big mug of it.
I am watching all of the GM-sampler testers jump this particular hurdle on the obstacle course with increasing fascination. I can’t decide yet if it’s curiosity or horror.
Ahhhhh! I’m actually laughing over here. It tastes like a cigarette! BLAH. My parents were yelling about the smell for the entire day.

Yep, I agree. It’s a hit or miss. There’s no in between.
Haha – oh no! I’m putting this one on my list of teas to try this weekend!

I can’t wait to see what my friends think of it when I give them the sampler. What’s funny is one of my friends love Bacon! =D That should be interesting.
