A little disappointing. This tastes like coconut, but the coconut isn’t as refreshing and prominent as it is in some other coconut teas that I have. I can’t taste the lime much at all. Still good, just not great.
Made this up into a chaiffogato tonight: one cup very strong chai over one scoop of vanilla ice cream, stir in a dash of honey and sprinkle chocolate over the top. A bit like a very light hot chocolate.
Last night’s 91 degree high forced me to brainstorm ways to still get my tea fix. I chilled this and blended it with some honey and frozen blueberries for a cool smoothie. The summery smell was lovely.
This was a good way to start my saturday, but I always end up with some tea dust at the bottom of the mug because my strainer isn’t fine enough to cope!
I first bought this from First Class Teas but this time I bought it from Aurora. It’s a fantastic black tea with a really interesting flavour and it doesn’t need milk at all
I have this quite regularly at home as a standard black tea. It’s pretty good really, and my housemate Paul was pleased because I brewed it good and strong
Used my new ingenuiTea (which is way cool) with this tea. Light and pleasantly sweet. Still good after three infusions! In fact, I think I’ll try a fourth…:)
I hate going into Teavana because they’re so freaking pushy, but I bucked up and did it for Matevana. “2 oz. Yes, that’s all I want. No, no tin. 2.2 oz. is fine, thank you.”
This was a gift from a friend traveling in New York. I find the distinct spice flavor appetizing and suitable with a hearty meal. I generally prefer teas without milk but this, I recommend with a dash of milk to enhance its flavor, making the taste more lasting.
