New Tasting Notes

Onto the next packet. I like this, but I am keen to try some other ones soon to see whether they are as good

I really like this one, and it truly does taste like Christmas Eve to me. The dominant flavor is the mint (though it’s not overwhelming) and it’s backed up by bits of spice and citrus. Mmmm.

This is the best I have made this tea since I started commenting on here. Strange that it is so variable – I think it must jst be very sensitive to brew temperature and time. This was hot water but not boiling (90 degC??) and brewed for 3 mins. And awesome

Steeped for 3 min. Delicious after my lunch!

Complex and unusual. I prepared in a guywan about 1/3 full. The aroma brings you in, the initial taste is light and fruity and the back of your mouth tastes deep and rich floral notes. Hoppy is right on point. New favorite.

I actually have an habit of preparing tea after dinner, it helps me either relaxing for the night or get energized if I still have work to do. This one was actually to calm my nerves by giving me the feeling of spoling myself with a little bit of luxury. Luxury is actually a word that combines naturally with this tea.

Love this tea. I’ve had other Oolong’s but this is by far my favorite (so far).

I like this more when not comparing and contrasting with other green teas.

This is not the usual lemony Ceylon. The description is correct. Very nice.

smooth, light, and sweet – a very good spring tea

Very nice this morning. Smooth.

Wow. A China black unlike any of the Keemuns or Yunnans. When I smell this it reminds me of fresh oatmeal cookies. Incredible.

Nice light tea. Probably will steep with more leaves next time, first batch may have been a little on the weak side.

Very smooth green tea. I prefer it to some of the other Tazo options that include lemongrass and other herbs.

Single cup, 1 Truvia.

Not great, but will have to do for now. Still need to put a new order in at Adagio.
